Voyager 1

Flew past Jupiter and Saturn, then crossed the heliopause in 2012, the first spacecraft in interstellar space.

Voyager 1 is about half Planet Nine's estimated distance, and still nowhere near the Oort Cloud. Position approximate (NASA, JPL Horizons). The dashed trail joins its Jupiter and Saturn flybys (approximate path).
